I have been in recruitment for 30 years. I was an award-winning top performer for a large corporate organisation and rose to the position of Operations Director for an independent agency.
I have stayed in the industry for so long because I’m very good at it, and even after 30 years, I enjoy it.
Deciding to set up my own company during a Pandemic might not be my brightest idea, but I’m very excited about Red Source’s future and determined it will work.
I will keep costs down by being as lean as possible, using modern technology to stay in touch, and no-frills, passing these savings onto my clients.

Watson was born May 2020 and I’ve had him since he was a 9-week-old puppy.
According to a 1950’s puppy guide book, Scotties are a handy size and serviceable colour but he is much more than that. They consider themselves companions not pets, with a great sense of fun and mischievousness. Watson certainly considers himself a big dog with little legs and I’m sure if he had to impart any wisdom on to me, it would be ‘stand tall and proud’.
